Driven by more than ten years of passion for cake design, Chloé founded Cap Cake in 2019 after successfully transitioning into the pastry arts. A CAP graduate, she designs completely custom creations for all types of events: weddings, birthdays, baptisms, and baby showers. Skilled in working with fondant, chocolate, isomalt, and wafer paper, she brings to life unique cakes with endless possibilities. Committed to combining beauty with delicious flavors, she pays special attention to textures and the balance of flavors. With a blend of moist and crispy textures, creamy ganaches, and fruity notes, each creation is designed to offer an experience that is as refined as it is delicious.
